Bri Morse is a Certified Personal Trainer and New Jersey Licensed Massage Therapist that provides customized bodywork services in Haddon Township, NJ.

Bodywork is an umbrella term that encompasses many techniques that utilize manual manipulation to reduce pain and restore function in the body. We utilize corrective strengthening techniques and exercises, myofascial release, deep tissue manipulation, cupping therapy, and PNF stretching (gentle and active stretching), and manual lymphatic drainage to help you find pain relief and bring your body into balance. This is achieved by approaching the body from a holistic viewpoint, and always keeping in mind that everyone’s needs are unique.

Philosophy

How we sleep, sit, walk, and exercise all play a role in poor mobility, less than optimal strength, and the aches and pains we experience in our day to day lives.

When our bodies compensate, we develop less than optimal posture and functional movement. This can compound over time, often exacerbating issues and creating a domino effect in other areas. The good news is that our bodies are incredibly resilient and adaptable, and the ripple effect works both ways! Once small changes are made, relief and improvement begins to grow.
